Responsibilities of the Student

  • Be punctual and regular to College.
  • Treat everyone, irrespective of age and position, with respect and courtesy.
  • Maintain a dignified code of conduct.
  • Avoid using inappropriate language in College.
  • Avoid bullying or teasing fellow students in College or in the bus.
  • Avoid fancy accessories and footwear that is not part of the dress code.
  • Wear the ID card to College every day.
  • Dress in a clean, neat, modest and dignified manner to College.
  • Avoid taking leave for frivolous reasons.
  • Take care of your personal property and also ensure not to use other belongings without their permission.
  • Emergency leave will be granted only on the prior permission from Parent/Guardian.
  • Gate pass from the office should be collected after getting the prior permission from the HOD.
  • Use of 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers is prohibited in the College.
  • Mobile phones and any other electronic equipment are not permitted in the College. Any such object found will be confiscated.
  • Remain honest always. Avoid any form of malpractice in test and examinations.
  • Conserve electricity. Make sure the fans and lights are switched off when not in use.
  • Avoid carrying too much cash to College. Have just enough money for emergencies.
  • Your parents are welcome to meet the Class Advisors / HOD / Principal / Dean. Make sure they fix an appointment and meet them.
  • Payment of fees is your responsibility. Remind your parents to do so in time.
  • We look forward to your support and co-operation in ensuring that the present generation of youngsters grow up to be responsible and disciplined adults.


Instructions to Parents

  • Please ensure that your ward comes to College in full and correct dress code wearing his / her ID Card.
  • Train your ward to greet all elders including members at home, teachers, classmates and support staffs.
  • Parents are requested to monitor the students learning at home. Regular study will make learning easy and effective.
  • Parents are requested to ensure that students bring only material related to their learning to College.
  • Expensive electronic equipments like iPods, Mobiles, MP3 Players are distracters and if found it will be confiscated from the student.
  • Avoid giving them too much money.
  • Please help your ward come to College regularly and on time. Leave Letters / Information should be sent in advance.
  • Please spend quality time with your ward. Encourage them to confide in you. Monitor the use of Internet, Television and Telephone.
  • Any outing with friends should be monitored.
  • Discipline is the most important lesson a student needs to imbibe. We look forward to you working with us to install this in all our students. We seek your Co-operation in its enforcement.
  • Please make sure that your ward comes to the College with proper dress code, neatly shaved with polished shoes and proper hair cut. If your ward does not adhere to the above rules, he / she will be sent out from the College immediately.
